Cancellation:

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you can email us at support@mumotoronto.com within 24 hours of your purchase.
 

Return & Exchange:                     

You have the right to return your items within 14 days from the date of receipt. 
14 days will start counting from the day that the product has been received.
The return is subject to below terms & conditions:
  • You must inform us at support@mumotoronto.com within ONLY 3 days from the delivery date to accept the return or exchange. 
  • The product must be in new condition and all tags should have not been removed
  • We charge 15% restocking fee
  • The refund will be issued minus 15% restocking fee 
  • Buyers are responsible for the return shipping postage cost
  • Returned items should be sent in their original condition & packaging
  • If any of your products arrive damaged which is very rare, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Any returns through Sezzle, MUMO reserves the right to deduct additional 10% service fee on top of the restocking fee
  • The refund of the purchased item minus the restocking fee will be issued within 5 business days from the date of receiving the returned item 
  • All sale items are FINAL 
In the event that the returned product does not meet the above conditions, MUMO has the right to refuse accepting returned items and the item will be returned to the address on the original order and the cost of shipping will be billed to the customer. 
 
NON-REFUNDABLE | NON EXCHANGABLE PRODUCTS:
Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom orders 
  • Products on sale. All sale items are FINAL 
  • Any product with any sign of use
  • All sales prior promotions or deals are not eligible for price adjustments

Shipping

We do our best to assure products arrive within the quoted time frame. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will notify you. However, we don't accept order cancellation or compensation for late delivery. 
Canada & US orders are shipped from Canada.  
80% of European orders are shipped directly from our workshop in Egypt. 
 
If the receiver refuses the delivery of the package, he/she won't receive a refund and will be charged for any additional shipping and handling fees to reroute the package to sender. 
 

Custom Orders

Custom Orders are made just for you, which is why we don't accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns. All custom orders are FINAL

US & International Shipping 

Duties and customs fee that are assessed by the international borders customs officers will be the customer responsibility.
