Returning Policy:

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you can email us at support@mumotoronto.com within 48 hours of your purchase. In the event that your Order has already been dispatched, please return it once received in compliance with our returns policy below;

You have the right to return your items within 14 days from the date of receipt. The return is subject to below terms & conditions:

  • You must inform us at support@mumotoronto.com within ONLY 3 days from the delivery date to accept the return.
  • The product must be in new condition and all tags should have not been removed
  • 14 days will start counting from the day that the product has been received
  • The refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost 
  • Buyers are responsible for the return shipping postage cost
  • Returned items should be sent in their original condition & packaging
  • If any of your products arrive damaged which is very rare, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • In the event of production defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Any returns through Sezzle, MUMO reserves the right to deduct additional 10% service fee on top of the initial shipping cost
  • The refund of the purchased item minus the original shipping cost minus the return shipping cost will be issued within 5 business days from the date of receiving the returned item. The customer will be notified with the deducted amount before processing
  • MUMO has the right to refuse accepting returned items without original packaging condition
  • After receive the item, it passes through the quality control team, once approved we will begin the refund process

In the event that the returned product does not meet the above conditions, the item will be returned to the address on the original order and the cost of shipping will be charged to the customer. Please ensure they are in "as new" condition, well packaged in their original packaging

 

NON-REFUNDABLE | NON EXCHANGABLE PRODUCTS:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom orders 
  • Clearance & products on sale 
  • Any product with any sign of use
  • All sale items are FINAL sale 

All sales prior promotions or deals are not eligible for price adjustments.

Shipping

We do our best to assure products arrive within the quoted time frame. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will notify you. However, we don't accept order cancellation or compensation for late delivery. 

Canada & US orders are shipped from Toronto office. 

80% of European orders are shipped direct from our workshop in Egypt. 

If the receiver refuses the delivery of the package, he/she may not receive a refund and will be charged for any additional shipping and handling fees to reroute the package to sender. 

Custom Orders

Custom Orders are made just for you, which is why we don't accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns.

US & International Shipping 

Duties and customs fee that are assessed by the borders customs will be the customer responsibility
