Returning Policy:

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you can email us at support@mumotoronto.com. In the event that your Order has already been dispatched, please return it once received in compliance with our returns policy below;

You have the right to return your items within 7 days from the date of receipt. The return is subject to below terms & conditions:

  • You must inform us at support@mumotoronto.com
  • The product must be in new condition and all tags should have not been removed
  • 7 days will start counting from the day that the product has been received
  • Returned items should be sent in their original condition & packaging for full refund. If you decide to return an item, send us an email at support@mumotoronto.com
  • If any of your products arrive damaged which is very rare, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • In the event of production defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Any returns through Sezzle, MUMO reserves the right to deduct 10% service fee 
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost

MUMO has the right to refuse accepting returned items without original packaging condition 

REFUNDS:

Refund will be processed to the same payment method within 14 days after your returned product is received at our location. After receive the item, it passes through the quality control team, once approved we will begin the refund process after checking the returned product. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

NON-REFUNDABLE | NON EXCHANGABLE PRODUCTS:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom orders 
  • Clearance & products on sale 
  • Any product with any sign of use

In the event that the returned product does not meet the above conditions, the item will be returned to the address on the original order and the cost of shipping will be charged to the customer

Please ensure they are in "as new" condition, well packaged in their original packaging.

Shipping

We do our best to assure products arrive within the quoted time frame. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will notify you. However, we don't accept order cancellation or compensation for late delivery.

Custom Orders

Custom Orders are made just for you, which is why we don't accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns.
