  • We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 & up.

USA Orders

All of our pillows and wall hangings ship qualify under the Canada–US free trade agreement, meaning no US import tariffs apply

Made-to-Order Lead Times

Many of our pieces are handwoven just for you. The lead times below are the time needed to make and prepare your order for dispatch

  • Pillows & Small Rugs | Wall Hangings: 1-2 weeks

  • Large Items (e.g., large rugs): 2-4 weeks

Ready-to-Ship Items

We keep a limited selection of wall hangings and pillows in stock.

  • Ready-to-Ship items dispatch within 3-4 Business Days

  • Each item will have estimated lead time for dispatch at checkout

Delivery Time After Dispatch

  • Transit times vary by destination and carrier. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • If you need to change the address after placing an order, contact us ASAP; additional carrier fees may apply.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country.

  • Our free shipping (when eligible) covers shipping costs only, not duties or taxes.

  • International shipping covers the shipping cost only; duties and taxes (if any) are not included.

Refused Delivery

  • If the recipient refuses delivery, no refund will be issued. Customer is responsible for any loss of value

  • The customer will be charged any additional shipping and handling fees required to reroute the package back to the sender.

  • We don't accept order cancellation or compensation for late delivery.
