CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Regular vacuum in the direction of the pile: move the vacuum in the direction of the pile (the direction the fibers naturally lay). This helps to avoid pulling or matting the wool fibers.
Vacuum both sides (Occasionally): For a deep clean, vacuum both the front and back of the rug. Dust and dirt can accumulate underneath the rug as well
Spot Cleaning: If there’s a stain, lightly dab the area with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the fabric. Test a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure the color doesn’t bleed. Blot, Don’t Rub: If something spills, blot the area with a clean, white cloth or paper towel.
If needed, use a small amount of mild detergent (like wool-specific cleaner or gentle dish soap) diluted in water. Test on a small, inconspicuous area first.
Blot to Remove Soap: Rinse the spot by blotting with a clean cloth dampened with cold water until the detergent is fully removed. Don’t oversaturate.
