Returns Policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed and we have not received the returned package, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@mumotoronto.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain types of purchases are exempt from being returned.
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. We will inform you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, email us at support@mumotoronto.com.
If you change your mind about a product and wish to replace it with a different item, you will be charged for the shipping cost of the new purchased item which will be determined based on the size of the order.
Cancellations
We only accept order cancellations within 24 hours of your purchase date.
Non-refundable/Non-exchangeable Items
- All items purchased during a promotion are FINAL.
- Custom orders.
- Any product showing signs of use.
- Skincare products.
Additional Information
If your order arrives damaged, which is rare, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. For returns made through Sezzle, MUMO reserves the right to deduct an additional 10% service fee on top of the restocking fee. If the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined above, MUMO reserves the right to refuse the return. The item will be sent back to the original shipping address, and the customer will be billed for the shipping cost. All sales from prior promotions or deals are not eligible for price adjustments.
For returns of items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The customer is responsible for any loss of the package.
Shipping
We strive to ensure products arrive within the quoted timeframe. If there is an unforeseen delay, we will notify you. However, we do not accept order cancellations or compensation requests for late delivery. Orders to Canada and the US are shipped from Canada.
80% of European orders are shipped directly from our workshop in Egypt.
If the receiver refuses delivery of the package, they will not receive a refund and will be charged for any additional shipping and handling fees to reroute the package back to the sender.
