We want to reassure you that the recent changes to U.S. tariffs do not affect purchases from our store. Our products are made in Egypt, not Canada, and are not subject to the new import tariffs announced by the U.S. government.

We do our best to assure products arrive within the quoted time frame. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will notify you. However, we don't accept order cancellation or compensation for late delivery.
Canada & US orders are shipped from Canada
80% of European orders are shipped directly from our workshop in Egypt.
If the receiver refuses the delivery of the package, he/she won't receive a refund and will be charged for any additional shipping and handling fees to reroute the package to sender.
