Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 & up.

  • Orders under $100 ship at a calculated rate shown at checkout.

  • International shipping covers the shipping cost only; duties and taxes (if any) are not included.

Made-to-Order Lead Times

Many of our pieces are handwoven just for you. The lead times below are the time needed to make and prepare your order for dispatch

  • Pillows & Small Products: 1-2 weeks

  • Large Items (e.g., large rugs): 2-4 weeks

Ready-to-Ship Items

We keep a limited selection of wall hangings and pillows in stock.

  • Ready-to-Ship items dispatch within 1 week.

What You’ll See at Checkout

  • Each item will display whether it is Made to Order or Ready to Ship, along with the estimated lead time for dispatch.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country.

  • Our free shipping (when eligible) covers shipping costs only, not duties or taxes.

Delivery Time After Dispatch

  • Transit times vary by destination and carrier. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • If you need to change the address after placing an order, contact us ASAP; additional carrier fees may apply.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • If the recipient refuses delivery or a package is returned as undeliverable, no refund will be issued. Customer is responsible for any loss of value

  • The customer will be charged any additional shipping and handling fees required to reroute the package back to the sender.

We do our best to assure products arrive within the quoted time frame. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will notify you. However, we don't accept order cancellation or compensation for late delivery.
