Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date and we haven't received the returned package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In order for us to accept return or exchange requests, we must be informed within ONLY 3 days from the delivery date at support@mumotoronto.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of purchases are exempt from being returned.
Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Initial Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping plus any additional restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We charge 15% restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@mumotoronto.com
Cancelation
We only accept order cancelation within 24hrs of your purchase date.

Additional Information
If any of your order arrives damaged which is very rare, you must contact us within ONLY 48 hours of receiving your order. Any returns through Sezzle, MUMO reserves the right to deduct additional 10% service fee on top of the restocking fee. In the event that the returned product does not meet the above conditions, MUMO has the right to refuse accepting returned items and the item will be returned to the address on the original order and the cost of shipping will be billed to the customer. All sales prior promotions or deals are not eligible for price adjustments
If you are shipping a returned item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
