Refund policy

Cancellations

We only accept order cancellations within 24 hours of your purchase date. 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original packaging intact.

  • Any custom orders, including changes in size, color, material, or requests for designs not originally listed in our collection, include but are not limited to these modifications are final sale. 

  • Pillow inserts, loofahs and pumice stones are final sale 

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed and we have not received the returned package, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@mumotoronto.com. To initiate a return, please contact us within the return window with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.Certain types of purchases are exempt from being returned.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. We will inform you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable 

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

  • For returns made through Sezzle payment, MUMO reserves the right to deduct a 10% service fee.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, the exchange must be requested within the return window and the item must be unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as the shipping cost of the new item, which will be calculated based on the size and destination of the order.

We offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. To request a replacement for the same item, please email us at support@mumotoronto.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after confirmation:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider first.

  • Processing times can vary and may take several business days.

All sales from prior promotions or deals are not eligible for price adjustments.

If the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined above, MUMO reserves the right to refuse the return. The item will be sent back to the original shipping address, and the customer will be billed for the shipping cost.
